Article 3 (Posting and amendment)

- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent it does not violate applicable law.
- If the Company amends these Terms, it will state the effective date and the reason and give notice at least 7 days before the effective date. For a change that is unfavorable or material to users, it will give notice at least 30 days before the effective date and notify users individually by in-app notice, email, or other electronic means.
- When giving the notice in paragraph 3, the Company will clearly state that "a user who does not express refusal by the day before the effective date is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms." A user who does not agree may terminate the use contract by the day before the effective date.
- If a user continues to use the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms, the user is deemed to have agreed to them.
Article 4 (Interpretation and scope)
- These Terms apply to the use of Flowin. Use of the Company's website alt-in.net is governed by a separate website terms of use.
- The Company may adopt a separate operating policy for an individual feature. If it conflicts with these Terms, the operating policy prevails for that feature.
- Matters not provided in these Terms follow applicable law and ordinary commercial practice.
Chapter 2. Use contract and account
Article 5 (Formation of the use contract)
- The use contract is formed when a person who wishes to use the Service agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, applies to sign up, and the Company accepts the application.
- The Company may withhold or refuse acceptance in any of the following cases:
- The applicant is under 14 years of age
- The applicant used another person's information or entered false information
- The applicant intends to use the Service for an unlawful or improper purpose
- The applicant previously had a use contract terminated for a violation of these Terms
- There is a technical or operational impediment to providing the Service
Article 6 (Sign-in methods and automatic sign-in)
- A user may sign up and sign in with an email address and password. A user may also sign up and sign in with a Google account or a Kakao account.
- If a user signs up with a Google or Kakao account, the Company receives the email address and nickname (display name) from that account and creates the account. The Company does not send an email verification message for an account created this way. The Company does not collect or store the Google or Kakao password.
- If the user turns on automatic sign-in, information needed to sign in is stored on the user's device. The Company recommends not using automatic sign-in on a shared device or a device others can access. The user may sign out at any time to delete the stored information.
Article 7 (Account management and protection)
- The user must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- The user is responsible for managing the account and must not disclose account information or authentication means to a third party or allow a third party to use them.
- The user is responsible for unauthorized use of the account caused by the user's intent or negligence and for the resulting consequences.
- If the user learns that the account has been stolen or is being used by a third party, the user must notify the Company immediately and follow the Company's instructions.
- If the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that a third party is using the account without authorization, the Company may temporarily suspend the account to protect the user and require identity verification.
- The user may not transfer or lend the account to another person.
Article 8 (Restriction on persons under 14)
- A person under 14 years of age may not use the Service or create an account.
- If the Company confirms that a person under 14 created an account, the Company will delete the account and destroy the collected personal information without delay.
- A legal representative of a person under 14 may request deletion of that account by email to [email protected].
- A minor who is 14 or older must obtain the consent of a legal representative to use a Paid Service. A contract entered into without that consent may be cancelled by the minor or the legal representative.
Article 9 (Termination and account deletion)
- The user may at any time apply to delete the account and terminate the use contract in the in-app Settings menu.
- The user may also request account deletion by email to [email protected].
- After a deletion request, the Company keeps the account in a pending-deletion state for 30 days in case of a mistaken deletion or a restoration request. If, during that period, the user withdraws the request through the in-app withdrawal feature or by email to the Company, the Company will restore the account.
- After the period in paragraph 3 ends, personal information linked to the account is permanently deleted or processed so that it can no longer identify the individual, and the Company cannot restore it. Information that must be retained under applicable law is kept for the statutory period.
- The Company recommends that the user separately back up important User Content before deletion.
- Tasks and comments the user wrote in a Project may remain after account deletion for other members' use. In that case, identifying information such as the user's name, email address, and profile image is removed, and the author is shown as a former member.
- Deleting the account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. The user must cancel the subscription in the marketplace's subscription management screen before deleting the account. Otherwise charges may continue.
- If the user is the Leader of a Project, the Company recommends transferring leadership to another member under Article 17 before deleting the account.
Chapter 3. Use of the Service
Article 10 (Provision and change of the Service)
- The Company provides features including creating and managing tasks and schedules, collaboration through Projects, Friend connections, content Sharing, notifications, device calendar linking, and iCal feeds.
- The Company may change the content, features, or screens of the Service for improvement, technical need, or operational reasons. In that case the Company will give prior notice of the change and the effective date.
- The Company may modify or discontinue all or part of free features according to its policy and, unless a special rule of law requires otherwise, does not provide separate compensation for that.
Article 11 (Interruption)
- The Company may temporarily interrupt all or part of the Service in any of the following cases:
- System inspection, repair, replacement, or other operational need
- Power failure, network failure, or failure of third-party facilities such as an app marketplace or cloud infrastructure
- Force majeure such as a natural disaster or national emergency
- In the case of paragraph 1 the Company will give prior notice of the reason and duration. If prior notice is impossible because of an emergency, the Company will give notice without delay afterward.
Article 12 (Notifications)
- The Company may send task due reminders, summary notifications, Friend requests, Sharing invitations, and similar notices to the user's device.
- Notifications are an aid for the user's convenience. They may be delayed or not delivered because of device battery-saving policy, operating-system notification limits, network conditions, notification permission settings, or a failure of the push-delivery provider.
- The Company recommends that the user not rely only on Service notifications for important schedules or deadlines and use another means of checking as well. Unless the Company acted with intent or negligence, the Company is not liable for damage caused by a notification that is not delivered or is delayed.
- For advertising information, the Company obtains the user's prior consent under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the user may withdraw consent at any time.
- The user may control notification receipt in in-app Settings or device settings.
Article 13 (Device calendar linking)
- If the user consents to calendar access, the Service may add, edit, or delete tasks the user created in the Service on the user's device calendar.
- Events already on the device calendar are not brought into the app screen and are not transmitted to or stored on the Company's servers. Calendar read permission is used only to the extent the operating system jointly requires it so that events the Service added can be edited or deleted.
- The user may withdraw calendar access in device settings at any time. Only the linking feature then stops; other features continue to work.
- Events added to the device calendar through the Service may remain on the device after account deletion and must be deleted by the user.
Article 14 (iCal feed)
- The user may issue an iCal feed address in in-app Settings and subscribe to the user's schedules in an external calendar program.
- The iCal feed address is designed to be accessed without a separate sign-in. Anyone who knows the address can view those schedule data. The user must keep the feed address from being exposed to third parties.
- If the user reissues the feed address, the previous address becomes invalid immediately, and an external calendar that was subscribed to the previous address will no longer update.
- The user may reissue the iCal feed at any time in in-app Settings. Reissuing invalidates the previous address immediately.
- Unless the Company acted with intent or negligence, the Company is not liable for leakage of schedule data caused by the user giving the feed address to a third party or exposing it carelessly.
Article 15 (User duties and prohibited acts)
The user must not do any of the following in connection with the Service:
- Steal or improperly use another person's name, account, payment method, or personal information
- Infringe the intellectual property of the Company or a third party
- Harm another person's reputation or invade privacy or personal information
- Create or share content that harasses another person or promotes threats, discrimination, or hatred
- Post or share obscene, violent, or hateful information contrary to public order and morals
- Repeatedly send unwanted Friend requests, Sharing invitations, or leadership-transfer notices
- Use the Service to commit an unlawful act or to encourage, instruct, or assist one
- Use the Service to send spam, phish, or distribute malware, or for those purposes
- Interfere with normal operation of the Service or place an abnormal load on servers or networks
- Access the Service or collect data with an unauthorized automated means
- Obtain another person's iCal feed address without authorization or use it to access that person's schedule data
- Circumvent or disable a technical protection measure of the Service, or reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software or attempt to extract source code
- Copy, sell, lend, redistribute, or commercially use the Service or any part of it without the Company's prior written consent
- Otherwise violate these Terms or applicable law
Article 16 (User Content)
- Rights in User Content belong to the user. The Company does not claim ownership of it.
- The user grants the Company a royalty-free license to store, copy, transmit, and display User Content to the extent needed to provide, operate, and secure the Service and to perform features the user requested (including storage, sync, Sharing, notifications, and iCal feeds). The license is limited to those purposes and ends when the use contract ends or the content is deleted, except that content retained under Article 9(6) remains licensed until that content is deleted.
- The Company does not use User Content for advertising or marketing, and does not use it to train artificial-intelligence models. The Company does not provide it to a third party without the user's separate consent, except where a lawful demand is made under applicable law.
- The user warrants that the user holds the rights needed in User Content the user enters, and that storing, using, or sharing it does not violate another person's rights or the law.
- If the user enters another person's name, contact details, or other personal information in a task or schedule, the user is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use that information.
- The Company has no duty to monitor User Content at all times. If a report is received or a legal violation is suspected, the Company may review the content to the extent needed to resolve the issue and may take measures such as suspending or deleting the post.
Article 17 (Friends, Sharing, invitations, and leadership transfer)
- A user may send a Friend request or Sharing invitation by entering the other party's email address. The Service does not access the user's device address book.
- If the user asks the Company to send an invitation or notice email to a third party, the user represents and warrants that the third party consented to receive it. The Company may block further sending if the recipient so requests.
- If the user Shares User Content, the recipient may view, copy, or edit it within the granted permission. The user must review the scope and consequences before Sharing.
- The Company cannot technically control a recipient taking Shared content outside the Service or passing it to a third party, and is not liable for that.
- The user may revoke Sharing permission and a Friend relationship at any time. That does not affect content the recipient already viewed or copied before the revocation.
- A user who is the Leader of a Project may transfer leadership to another user. When the transfer is complete, the former Leader's authority ends and the successor becomes the Leader. The former Leader succeeds to the role the successor previously held.
- If a Project is frozen because of a plan change or similar reason, the Company may, at the user's request, send a leadership-transfer notice to the email address of a third party who has not yet joined the Service. The representation and warranty in paragraph 2 also apply in that case.
- Whether a transfer and acceptance are possible, the acceptance deadline, and plan conditions follow what is shown on the Service screens. Acceptance may be refused if the conditions are not met.
Article 18 (Restrictions and sanctions)
- If the user violates these Terms or applicable law, the Company may, according to the degree of the violation, warn the user, restrict a feature, suspend or delete content, temporarily suspend the Service, or terminate the use contract.
- When taking a measure under paragraph 1, the Company will give prior notice of the reason, the measure, and how to object. The Company may notify afterward in any of the following cases:
- Necessary to comply with law or a demand of an investigative or regulatory authority
- Prior notice would interfere with an investigation or risk destruction of evidence
- There is an urgent risk to the security or normal operation of the Service
- There is a risk of irreparable harm to another user or a third party
- A user who objects to a measure under paragraph 1 may object by email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notice. If the Company finds the objection valid, it will lift the measure immediately.
Article 19 (Software license)
- On condition that the user complies with these Terms, the Company grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Service on the user's device for personal use and the user's ordinary business purposes.
- The software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved to the Company and the relevant rights holders.
- The Service includes open-source software or libraries provided by third parties. Those components are subject to their own licenses. Related notices can be viewed in the app under Settings > Open-source licenses.
Article 20 (Updates)
- The Company may provide software updates to maintain security, fix errors, or improve features.
- If the user does not install an update, all or part of the Service may be unavailable, or some features may not work normally.
- The Company may end support for a particular operating-system version or device after reasonable prior notice.
Article 21 (Third-party services)
- The Service is provided in connection with third-party services such as app marketplaces, cloud infrastructure, identity providers, push notifications, email delivery, and external calendar programs.
- Third-party services are governed by those third parties' terms and privacy policies.
- Unless the Company acted with intent or negligence, the Company is not liable for problems arising from the content, quality, interruption, or use of a third-party service.
Article 22 (Network environment and user costs)
Use of the Service requires an internet connection. Data charges and all other costs arising from that are borne by the user.
Article 23 (Customer support)
The Company provides customer support by email at [email protected]. Customer support may not be provided for beta or trial features.
Chapter 4. Paid Services
This chapter applies from the time the Company provides a Paid Service.
Article 24 (Provision and fees)
- The Company may provide part of the Service for a fee. The name, content, term, fee, and payment terms of each Paid Service are shown on the purchase screen for that product.
- Displayed fees include value-added tax unless a separate indication is made.
- The available scope, such as the number of Projects or members, may differ by plan. If a plan change causes that scope to be exceeded, some Projects may be frozen. The conditions of a freeze and how to lift it follow what is shown on the Service screens.
Article 25 (Payment)
- Payment for a Paid Service is made through the payment methods provided by the app marketplace.
- Processing, cancellation, and refunds of payment are also subject to the policy of the relevant marketplace operator.
- The Company does not itself collect or store the user's payment-method information.
Article 26 (Recurring billing and auto-renewal)
- A subscription Paid Service auto-renews on the same terms at the end of the term unless the user cancels, and the fee is charged to the payment method the user registered.
- If the user does not want auto-renewal, the user must cancel the subscription in the marketplace's subscription management screen before the next billing date.
- The Company will give prior notice of the scheduled auto-renewal date and the amount to be charged, as required by applicable law.
Article 27 (Withdrawal and refunds)
- Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the user may withdraw from a Paid Service within 7 days of purchase.
- Withdrawal may be limited if the user has already used the Paid Service or its utility has been realized. The Company will take the measures required by law, such as stating this on the purchase screen or providing a trial.
- If the user cannot use the Paid Service for a reason attributable to the Company, the Company will refund an amount corresponding to that period or extend the term of use.
- For a purchase made through an app marketplace, the refund procedure follows that marketplace's policy, and the user may need to request the refund from the marketplace directly.
Article 28 (Fee changes and free trials)
- The Company may change the fees for a Paid Service. If it raises the fee of a product subject to recurring billing, it will notify the user individually at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
- A user who does not agree to the changed fee may cancel the subscription before the change takes effect. The previous fee applies to the existing term of use.
- When a free trial ends, it may convert automatically to a paid subscription unless the user indicates cancellation. The Company will state the conversion conditions in advance.
Chapter 5. Intellectual property and feedback
Article 29 (The Company's intellectual property)
- Intellectual property in the Service's name, logo, design, UI/UX, graphics, text, software, and source code belongs to the Company.
- The user may not copy, transmit, publish, distribute, or broadcast the items in paragraph 1, or create a derivative work, without the Company's prior written consent.
Article 30 (Feedback)
- For service suggestions, feature ideas, error reports, and similar materials the user submits to the Company ("Feedback"), the user grants the Company a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable right to use the Feedback.
- The Company has no duty to compensate, pay royalties, adopt, or reply to Feedback.
- The user must not submit Feedback that infringes a third party's rights.
Article 31 (Infringement reports)
- A person who claims that content in the Service infringes that person's rights may report it to [email protected] with materials substantiating the claim.
- If the Company receives a report, it will take necessary measures such as suspending the post under the procedures set by applicable law and notify the person who posted the information.
- The Company may restrict or terminate the Service of a user who repeatedly infringes rights.
Chapter 6. Liability

The Company protects users' personal information as required by applicable law. Processing of personal information is governed by the separately posted Flowin Privacy Policy.

- This Article does not limit rights granted to the user under applicable law.
Article 34 (Limitation of liability)
- The Company is liable, as provided by applicable law, for damage caused to the user by the Company's intent or negligence.
- The Company is not liable for special damages beyond ordinary damages except where they were caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.
- Unless the Company acted with intent or negligence, the Company is not liable for damage arising from any of the following:
- Force majeure such as a natural disaster or war
- A Service failure caused by a reason attributable to the user
- Failure of third-party facilities or services such as a telecommunications carrier, app marketplace, cloud infrastructure, identity provider, or push-delivery provider
- The content of User Content the user entered or Shared
- A dispute between users, or between a user and a third party, mediated by the Service
- Delay or non-delivery of a notification
- Leakage of schedule data caused by the user giving or exposing an iCal feed address to a third party
- Nothing in this Article limits liability for the Company's intent or gross negligence, liability for harm to life or body, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Article 35 (User's liability)
If the user causes damage to the Company or a third party by violating these Terms or applicable law, the user is liable to compensate for that damage.

- In the event of a transfer of business, merger, or split, the Company may, after notice to users as required by applicable law, transfer its status under these Terms to a successor.
Article 37 (Severability)
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
Article 38 (Survival)
After the use contract ends, Articles 9(6) and (7), 16(2) proviso, (4) and (5), 29, 30, 33, 34, 35, 37, 39, and 40 continue in effect.
Article 39 (Additional terms for use through the Apple App Store)
If the user downloads and uses the Service through the App Store operated by Apple Inc. ("Apple"), the following also apply:
- These Terms are between the Company and the user. Apple is not a party. Responsibility for the Service and its content rests solely with the Company.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the Service. Maintenance and customer support for the Service are the Company's obligation.
- If the Service does not conform to any applicable warranty, the user may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price the user paid. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- The Company is responsible for addressing claims and losses relating to the Service, including product-liability claims, claims that the Service fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer-protection law.
- If a third party claims that the Service or the user's use of the Service infringes that third party's intellectual property, the Company is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
- The user represents and warrants that the user is not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and is not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, the user acknowledges that Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against the user.
Article 40 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
- These Terms and use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- The court with jurisdiction over a dispute between the Company and the user is determined under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.

These Terms take effect on 2026. 10. 11. After the first posting on 2026. 9. 23., this revision adds Google sign-in and Kakao sign-in.
