Website Terms of Use
Effective: 5 September 2026
This document applies to the alt-in.net website. Flowin has its own Terms and Privacy Policy.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, duties, and responsibilities between ALTIN (“we”, “us”, “the Company”) and users in connection with the website alt-in.net (the “Site”).
Article 2 (Scope)
- These Terms apply to use of the Site.
- Use of mobile applications developed and distributed by the Company (including Flowin, the “Apps”) is governed by the separate terms of each App. These Terms do not apply to the Apps.
- Information about the Apps on the Site is for guidance only. The actual terms of use of an App are those of that App.
Article 3 (Posting and amendment)
- We post these Terms on the Site so that users can readily review them.
- We may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by law. When we do, we will state the effective date and the reason, and post the change on the Site at least 7 days in advance (30 days in advance if the change is material and adverse to users).
- Continued use of the Site after the effective date of amended Terms is treated as acceptance. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Site.
Article 4 (Provision and change of the Site)
- Through the Site we provide information about the Company and its products, and we receive inquiries.
- We may change the Site’s content, structure, and posted information for operational or technical reasons.
- We may suspend the Site temporarily for system checks, equipment repair, network failure, or events beyond our control. We will give prior notice where practicable, and may give notice afterwards in an emergency.
Article 5 (User obligations)
You must not, in connection with the Site:
- infringe copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property of the Company or a third party;
- defame the Company or a third party, or interfere with their business;
- access the Site or collect posted information with unauthorized automated means (crawlers, spiders, bots, scrapers, and the like);
- impose abnormal load on the Site’s servers or network, or interfere with normal operation;
- circumvent or disable technical protection measures on the Site;
- copy, republish, distribute, publish, or commercially use information obtained through the Site without our prior written consent;
- otherwise violate applicable law.
Article 6 (Inquiries and feedback)
- You may submit inquiries, partnership proposals, feature ideas, bug reports, and similar communications (“Feedback”) through the Site’s inquiry form or by email to [email protected].
- For Feedback you submit, you grant the Company a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable license. We may use it freely to improve our services and to develop and commercialize new products.
- We have no duty to pay compensation or royalties, or to adopt or reply to Feedback.
- You must not submit Feedback that infringes a third party’s rights or that you are not free to license.
Article 7 (Intellectual property)
- Intellectual property in the Site’s trade name, logos, slogans, design, graphics, text, software, and source code belongs to the Company.
- You may not copy, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or create derivative works of the items in paragraph 1 without our prior written consent.
- All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved to the Company and the respective rights holders.
Article 8 (Information about products listed as coming soon)
- Feature descriptions, previews, and launch timing for products marked “Coming soon” are reference material describing plans as of the date of posting.
- Names, features, design, supported scope, and launch timing of a released version may change, be delayed, or be cancelled without prior notice, depending on development and app-store review. We do not undertake a firm obligation to deliver what was posted.
Article 9 (Third-party links)
- The Site may provide links to third-party sites, such as app stores, for your convenience.
- Except where we are at fault (intent or negligence), we are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of a linked third-party site, or for problems arising from its use.
Article 10 (Personal information)
We protect personal information as required by law. Processing is described in the separate ALTIN Website Privacy Policy.
Article 11 (Disclaimer of warranties)
- We provide the Site “as is” and “as available”.
- We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that posted information will be fit for a particular purpose.
- This Article does not limit rights that applicable law grants to users.
Article 12 (Limitation of liability)
- We are liable, as provided by law, for damage caused to a user by our intent or negligence.
- We are not liable for special damages beyond ordinary damages, except where they arise from our intent or gross negligence.
- Except where we are at fault, we are not liable for damage caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, network failure, and failure of the hosting provider’s facilities.
- Nothing in this Article limits liability for our intent or gross negligence, for injury to life or body, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Article 13 (Severability)
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
Article 14 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
- These Terms and use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- The court with jurisdiction over disputes between the Company and a user is determined under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
