Flowin account deletion

This page exists so you can request deletion of a Flowin account from the web, as required by Google Play and similar store rules. The most accurate way is to request deletion in the app. If you cannot use the app, email us as described below.

Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Sign in to Flowin and open Settings.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Read the notice, then confirm the request.

The account stays in a pending-deletion state for 30 days. During that period you can withdraw the request in the app or by writing to [email protected]. After 30 days, personal information is deleted or processed so it can no longer identify you, and it cannot be restored.

Request by email

If you cannot use the app, write to:

• To: [email protected]
• Subject: Flowin account deletion request
• Body: the email address used to sign up, and that you want the account deleted

We will act after verifying that you are the account holder. A legal representative of a child under 14 may request deletion at the same address.

Before you delete

• Back up any tasks or schedules you want to keep.
• Tasks and comments you wrote in shared projects may remain for other members. Your name, email, and profile image are removed and the author is shown as a former member.
• Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in the store first.
• If you are the leader of a project, transfer leadership to another member before deleting the account.
